My flight was delayed! Can I edit my order pick-up time? 

You bet. Updates to your pick-up time can be made up to 30 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. 


    • Tap the menu icon on the home screen, and select ‘Orders’. 

    • Choose the order you want to edit under the ‘Current’ tab.  Select ‘Edit Pick-up Time’.

    • Tada. 



Can I make changes or cancel a submitted order?

Yes you can, up to 30 minutes before your pick-up time!

    • Tap the menu icon on the home screen, and select ‘Orders’.

    • Choose the order you want to edit/cancel under the ‘Current’ tab. 

    • Select ‘Edit Order’ or ‘Cancel my Order’. 

    • Voilà. 

 


How do I view past orders and receipts? 

You’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt after you place an order. 

    • To view past orders and receipts on your Breeze account, sign in, tap the menuicon on the home screen, select ‘Orders and tap the ‘Past’ tab.  Choose the past order you want to view the receipt for. 


How do I add or update my payment method?

    • Tap the menu icon on the home screen

    • Select ‘Payment’, and choose your payment method.

    • Update your payment info. 


How do I reset my password?

    • Tap the menu icon on the home screen. 

    • Select ‘My Account’ and tap ‘Forgot my Password’.

    • Type your email and reset. 


How do I redeem a promo code? 

Promo codes can be redeemed during checkout. 

    • To apply a promo code, simply enter the code under ‘Your Order’ on the checkout screen.

    • *You must be signed in to redeem a promo code. 


Is Breeze’s app secure?

The most. We take your personal security very seriously. Your payment information is transmitted directly to a secure electronic vault and is never stored on our servers. Plus, we never sell your personal information to third parties. For more light reading, check out our Privacy Policy.

PICK-UP 

I ordered via the Breeze app. Can I pay at pick-up?

Unfortunately not - we’re completely cashless. App orders must be paid via the app before pick-up.

I can’t find the Breeze Cart!

Can I order at the pick-up point?

We’re glad you asked! We have self-ordering kiosks stationed at our pick-up carts where you can place an order. From there, your order will take 5-7 minutes to prepare.

My order was wrong / not what I expected.  

Please let our team know so we can make it up to you. 

    • Tap the menu icon on the home screen.

    • Select ‘Help’, and then  ‘Order feedback’. 

    • Choose the order you’re commenting on.

    • Submit your feedback.

I missed my pick-up time. What happens to my order?

If you’re running late, please be sure to edit your pick-up time up to 30 minutes before your scheduled slot. 


If your order is still with us 30 minutes after your pick-up time, we'll have to compost it for food quality reasons. 


Why are calories not listed for each meal?


At Breeze, our mission is to provide all airport travelers convenient access to nourishing food. We want to help travelers feel their best, especially when on-the-go. In an effort to do so, we’re shifting the focus away from calorie counting and toward getting more of the good stuff: nutrient dense,  whole foods. After all, isn’t traveling stressful enough?
